A typical box includes:

1kg Beef Sausages
1kg Prime Cuts (which could include Porterhouse, Eye Fillet, T-Bone and/or Rump)
2kg Secondary Cuts (which could include Oyster Blade, Round Steak, Chuck, Skirt Steak, Brisket, Bolar Blade, Silverside and/or Osso Buco).
Sold unfrozen and vaccum sealed. If kept sealed and refrigerated under 4°C, meat is good for 2 weeks. Freeze when you get home and store for up to 6 months.
